8. HELP US IMPROVE EPIWARE
At the bottom of every screen is a Feedback link (Figure 8-1). If you have a problem or a question, or if you see something you think should be changed:
- Click on the Feedback link (Figure 8-1) to go to the Problem Tickets screen (Figure 8-2).

- Click on (Add New Trouble Ticket) to create a new problem ticket.
- Most of the Problem Ticket (Figure 8-3) fields are self-explanatory, but the following paragraphs provide some guidance:
- Make Feedback Public: Yes means that all members will be able to view your problem ticket. No means that only root users, administrators, and the Epiware staff will be able to view your problem ticket.
- Scope of Feedback: If you think the problem applies to all web groups, select Entire site. If you think the problem applies to this web group, select . . . Web Group only.
- Description of problem: Be as specific as you can and we'll be able to help you better.

- When you're done, click on Submit Problem Ticket. Someone will contact you soon.
