8. HELP US IMPROVE EPIWARE

At the bottom of every screen is a Feedback link (Figure 8-1). If you have a problem or a question, or if you see something you think should be changed:

  1. Click on the Feedback link (Figure 8-1) to go to the Problem Tickets screen (Figure 8-2).

  3. Click on (Add New Trouble Ticket) to create a new problem ticket.
  4. Most of the Problem Ticket (Figure 8-3) fields are self-explanatory, but the following paragraphs provide some guidance:

  6. When you're done, click on Submit Problem Ticket. Someone will contact you soon.
